1. Acceptance
By accessing or using telematicgps.online and the associated services you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
TelematicGPS offers a fleet tracking and management platform via GPS devices installed in vehicles or assets. The service is provided under a SaaS (software as a service) model with monthly or annual plans.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
- You are responsible for the use and safekeeping of your credentials.
- You are responsible for installing devices in compliance with local laws and with driver consent where applicable.
4. Payments
Contracted plans are billed according to the chosen cycle (monthly or annual). The service is automatically suspended for non-payment. There are no refunds for already-consumed periods.
5. Permitted use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise its security, or track people without their consent where local law requires it.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, design and trademarks are property of TelematicGPS. The data generated by your devices (positions, events) belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
7. Availability and SLA
We work to maintain 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. Occasional service interruption does not automatically trigger a refund except as specified in the SLA.
8. Limitation of liability
TelematicGPS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made solely based on platform data. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can cancel your plan at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which we provide the service. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
